Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties (International Orders) International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@phalampet.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
