Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Phalam Pet, we offer subscription-based purchase options for select products. This policy outlines how you can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription.

Subscription Management Once subscribed, you can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, including changing delivery frequency, updating payment details, or swapping products.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled order date. To cancel:

• Log in to your account at phalampet.com
• Navigate to Manage Subscriptions
• Select the subscription you wish to cancel and click Cancel Subscription

Alternatively, contact us at info@phalampet.com and we will process the cancellation for you.

Cancellation Deadline To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date.

Pausing a Subscription You may pause your subscription for up to 3 months through your account portal without losing your subscription benefits.

Refunds on Subscriptions If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it is subject to our standard Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds on digital or already-fulfilled subscription orders.

Changes to Subscription Terms We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing or terms with at least 30 days' notice sent to your registered email address.
